What we collect
- Contact form: name, work email, company, role, company size and your message, stored securely so we can follow up.
- Booking: the details you enter in our scheduling tool (Calendly).
- Basic, anonymised audience measurement.
Why, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal: pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To improve the site: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep it
Prospect data: 3 years after our last contact. Client data: for the duration of the contract plus legal retention periods.
Who sees it
Only us, and the processors we need to run the service (Calendly for bookings, Lovable for hosting, and our email provider). We never sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use, by writing to eloi@thehumanoffice.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local authority.
